Patient Journey and Segmentation in Niche Diseases

We first presented this case study at the 2022 PMSA Annual Conference.

This case study demonstrated a novel approach to capturing deidentified patient clinical data (equivalent to EHR data) in multiple countries. The case study describes the application of over-sampling to ensure analytical integrity for small sub-cohorts of patients. In this case the sub-cohorts referred to genotypes relevant in diagnosing NASH.
